My husband and I had VERY limited time to choose a home to buy. As it takes a minimum of the 30-day close time and we were staying with friends rent free during the process we were very conscientious of not over staying our welcome. Sarah was on it. She offered her car (ours was not snow-ready as we were from Cali) to drive me around to homes any time I was off work. She knew what we were looking for and also what we wanted out of a home (She knew some of those things before I did!) I felt the first few we looked at were OK. We could 'make them work'. She sensed my hesitance and within 3 days of beginning our search found the perfect home, a model for CBH homes. It was gorgeous. It had everything we wanted and more for my family and my mother. During this time she promptly responded to every question and concern I had no matter how silly they seemed to me. She also directed me to a local retailer for cold weather clothing since I mentioned my thin boots! I could not have been more pleased. She even went out of her way to get us the keys to our new home after office hours so we could move in ASAP! I will highly recommend her service!
